Journaling might be something you’re going to love as a hobby. I’ll be telling you how to start journaling, what is contains, the benefits and more!

What is Journaling?

Journaling is writing that involves your life, emotions, situation, and etc. like your personal diary.

Want to start journaling? Here are a few easy steps!

  1. Find a comfortable nice space to write.
  2. Get a journal (physical or digital)
  3. Try to remember how your day was going
  4. Remember the tiniest details to get maximum results
  5. Start writing!
  6. Re-read and add additional feeling, thoughts, etc.

Probably you’ll start to get interested in trying journaling so now you’ll have to know what kind of journaling suites you

  1. Writing Journal: If you’re an aspiring writer this journal best suites you! You can use it to contain all of your manuscripts and rough drafts.
  2. Bullet Journal: Perfect for someone that has a lot of lists throughout the day. When you write a lot of records, and you don’t have them in one place, it can be really frustrating when it’s time to look for them. You can choose to write down bullets filled with potential ideas that you’d like to execute.
  3. Dream Journal: Dreams are something that everyone must have either dreams when you sleep or dreams that you want to achieve. Keeping a dream journal is helpful because it can serve as a tool to help you remember what your dreams were about.

  2. Abstract: brief summary of your review.
  3. Day and date
  4. Article (according to the type of journal you chose)
  5. Summary of the day or conclusion
